How information submitted through this website is used.
Website forms
When you submit a form, we collect the contact details and request information you provide. Driver and career interest forms also collect the experience, location and work preferences you choose to share. Carrier inquiries collect business, equipment, coverage and operating-authority details you provide.
Why we collect it
KJ Medelez uses this information to review your transportation request, respond to an inquiry, or follow up on career interest. Submitting a transportation request does not confirm a booking. Career interest forms are an initial introduction and do not replace formal employment application steps.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. The team inbox is restricted to authorized company access. Career and driver interest submissions may also be emailed to Ramiro at ramiro.a@kjmedelez.com, including the contact details and answers you provide. The connected email service processes these notifications. The website hosting provider processes information needed to operate the site.
Information to leave out
Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account details or medical information through these forms.
Website operation
The homepage embeds a Vimeo video. Vimeo may process technical information when the video loads. A limited technical identifier is used to help prevent repeated or abusive form submissions and login attempts. We count daily page views and aggregate phone-link clicks without assigning visitor identifiers or using advertising cookies. Phone-click counters record only the page and a contact category, not the visitor’s phone number, email, form answers or IP address. Phone-click tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Authorized administrators can view totals alongside counts of saved career interests and customer inquiries. The admin area uses a session cookie after login.

Uploaded photos
Photo submissions include the submitter’s name and uploaded images. They are stored privately for company review. Notifications may include the submitter’s name and a link to the protected inbox. Photos are not automatically published.
